Terms and conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the clothes4golf website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
2. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Aftercare section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.
3. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability the goods will be shipped. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
4. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
5. We do file details of your order. Please read our Data Protection Policy for details of how these can be obtained.
6. Payment can be made by any method specified in the order form. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
7. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
8. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
9. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC. We accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this website.
10. Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, The European Community, New Zealand, Australia and Japan. Clothes4golf make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
11. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, clothes4golf disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Clothes for Golf shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
12. Purchaser shall be responsible for all local taxes.
