Returns and refunds policy
- YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL :
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. - After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund (provided you have the 'Order Summary' document), as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition. This must be done within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.
- If in the unlikely event of any product being found to be faulty a full refund will be given inclusive of our carriage and packing charges. Please notify us within 14 days of goods faulty or damaged on arrival.

United Kingdom - Postage charges will be paid by the sender in all cases. If an item has been returned due to the receipt of a faulty or damaged product a full refund for standard return postage will be given (Includes Airmail for overseas delivery, courier charges will not be refunded).
