YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL : If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund (provided you have the 'Order Summary' document), as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition. This must be done within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.
If in the unlikely event of any product being found to be faulty a full refund will be given inclusive of our carriage and packing charges. Please notify us within 14 days of goods faulty or damaged on arrival.

Postage charges will be paid by the sender in all cases. If an item has been returned due to the receipt of a faulty or damaged product a full refund for standard return postage will be given (Includes Airmail for overseas delivery, courier charges will not be refunded).
