Ordering and delivery policy

  1. We intend to ship all orders within 3 working days and the expected delivery aims of Royal Mail (to be added to actual shipping date) are:
    • UK – next day
    • Western Europe 3 days
    • Eastern Europe 4 days
    • Rest of the World 6 days

    Please note we can’t guarantee delivery times overseas because delivery standards vary from country to country and may be dependant on whether an item is to be delivered to a city, town or outlying district.

  2. Orders will be subject to credit checking.
  3. If we fail to ship your order within 3 working days we will email you with an explanation.
  4. All delivery timescales are subject to product availability.
  5. Products will be shipped by Royal Mail on a signed delivery basis.
  6. Overseas shipments will be shipped by Royal Mail small packet post (Airmail), maximum weight per delivery is 2Kgs, orders above this level will be split.
  7. We do not deliver to PO box numbers, full delivery details must be provided.
